The home, referred to as Kairos Ranch, belongs to Roger Neumann.

According to the public notice a conditional use permit is being considered for Kairos Ranch to use the property for a community Living Arrangement consisting of a self-sustained, self-funding Christian boarding house/transitional living ranch to reconcile vulnerable men to God…

Applicants for the facility have been listed as Troy Loether and Russ Wanta.

“We know there is a need,” said Loether. “We would rather give a hand up rather than a hand out.”

Portions of information from the 50-page packet outlining the facility are below.

The public hearing begins at 7 p.m. at the Kewaskum Town Hall Community Center, 9019 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum.  All interested persons wishing to comment on this issue should appear at the hearing.
