SLINGER’S HONOURS, INC. ANNOUNCES

THIRD ANNUAL HOOTIE HUSTLE – 5K RUN/WALK FUNDRAISING EVENT

 

SLINGER, WI – Slinger’s Honours, Inc. will be holding its Third Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, August 27 at 9 a.m. with a kids run starting at 8:20am in an effort to raise funds for its scholarship endowment for Slinger High School students.  The run will begin and end at the Slinger High School football field.

 

Advance registrations are now available.  The cost of the event is $20 per person for registering with a discount of $70 for a team of four ($15 per person thereafter).  Race check in and day-of-event registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.  All pre-registered participants before race day are guaranteed a performance material T-shirt.  You can register online at HonoursInc.com.  We are promoting a kids run this year for different age categories from ages 5-10.  Kids Run registration is $5.  Entry forms are available online at www.HonoursInc.com.

ABOUT HONOURS, INC

Honours, Inc., a non-profit charitable foundation, was formed in 1983 by a group of concerned individuals to provide financial support to Slinger High School graduates of outstanding abilities to continue their education.  This year marked the 33rd awards presentation for Slinger High School students.  Over the years, 822 students have received a total of $1,800,000 in scholarships.  This year we awarded 42 more students a total of $150,000.
