Area gas prices appear to be dropping following the Labor Day jump | By Ruth Marks

Sept. 14, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – Gas prices in Washington County are finally starting to decline. A few stations in West Bend, Jackson and Slinger were down to $2.49 for a gallon of regular unleaded. A couple weeks ago during the Labor Day holiday and at the front end of Hurricane Harvey gas jumped to $2.59 for a gallon of regular unleaded.

 

The K-stop just over the county line is down to $2.45. Hartford has a range of $2.43 to $2.49. Germantown’s range is $2.33 to $2.49.

Richfield’s range is $2.39 to $2.55. Kewaskum is unchanged at $2.54.

Allenton remains $2.53 and $2.54.

Here’s hoping all the other stations follow soon.
