May 20, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Neighbors are expected to dress like it’s late May in Wisconsin as temps are expected to be on the chilly side for the opening of the 2017 Downtown West Bend Farmers’ Market.

Vendors with fresh asparagus, mushrooms and flowers will begin selling at 7:30 a.m.

We’ll also be on the lookout for “Tough guys and flowers.” The photo series was sparked by a trend I noticed during my last bicycle tour in Italy where men ALWAYS seemed to be bringing flowers home for their ladies.
