UPDATE: Hartford Police say the missing boy has been found and he is home.
Hartford Police are looking for a missing 10-year-old boy. The child named Owen left his home on his own accord and authorities say at this point his location is unknown.
Owen is described as a 10-year-old while male, 4-foot-3 inches tall, 104 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes and currently shaved head. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants with Blue Adidas logo, neon green shirt with grey sleeves, blue backpack with an orange Under Armour logo, and read and silver high top shoes. Unknown direction of travel.
