Cast Iron Luxury Living wins Property Excellence Award

Sept. 19, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Cast Iron Luxury Living in West Bend has brought home some hardware.

The former West Bend Company factory building is now high-end apartments and the Apartment Owners and Managers Association (AOMA) just recognized the managers with the Property Excellence Award.

Each year, AOMA of Wisconsin recognizes outstanding area apartment developments and personnel with the AOMA TOBY Awards.

 

“This award is one of the most coveted and difficult to obtain,” said Cast Iron manager Megan Jacobs. “Cast Iron beat out the downtown Milwaukee properties, as well as many others.”

  • Small Site (less than 100 units)
  • Large Site (more than 100 units)

  • Outstanding on-site Manager of the Year
  • Small Site (less than 100 units)
  • Large Site (more than 100 units)
  • Outstanding On-Site Maintenance Associate of the Year
  • Small Site (less than 100 units)
  • Large Site (more than 100 units)
  • Leasing Consultant of the Year
  • Best Regional Manager
  • Affiliate of the Year
  • Assistant Manager of the Year
  • Best Model
  • Best Curb Appeal
  • Outstanding Support Staff Team Member
  • Outstanding Professional Services Provider of the Year
  • Outstanding Community Amenities

Judging for apartment developments is based on several categories which may include:

  • financial performance
  • physical appearance and condition
  • quality of services and amenities offered to residents
  • marketing programs
  • on-site associate qualifications
  • preventative maintenance
  • community outreach
  • product presentation

Depending on the award category, judges may visit apartment locations, request to meet property associates, tour common areas, amenities, the office and/or model apartments, as well as any additional areas of the property specifically related to the award category.

The award is open to AOMA members only, and winners are announced at the annual Awards and Installation Banquet each year.
