June 21, 2017 – Big Cedar Lake, WI – The  Regatta on Big Cedar Lake featured teams from Cedar Lake, Oshkosh and Mendota.

Cedar Lake X Boat Fleet had its first regatta of the season last Friday, June 14.

Twenty-four sailboats participated in the regatta. It proved to be a good race.

Some good puffs of wind in the morning, but the afternoon races were a touch on the slow side because the wind died down.

Top 5 winners include:

1^st Place: J-2 – Jack Scherer (skipper), Jacob Bowman (crew) – Oshkosh

2^nd Place: A-17 – Ali Vollmar (skipper), Kelsey Vollmar (crew) – Cedar Lake

3^rd Place: A-136 – Abby Eckert (skipper), Allison Heimsch (crew) – Cedar Lake
