May 16, 2019 – West Bend, WI – After 16 years at 3350 S. River Road, American Companies of West Bend, is expanding its facility.

Designed and built in 2003 this decision comes with the growth American Companies has recently achieved.


In 2018 alone American Companies increased its staff by six people and added a sister company, American Commercial Real Estate, to the American Companies family.

In 2019 American Companies added another team member and has plans to grow by at least two more.

The expansion, designed by architects Scott Kintopf and Pat Storrs, will add three offices and five work spaces to the current 9,000+ square-foot facility.

Construction on the project began in January and under direction of project manager Steve Houdek; it is expected to be completed in early June.

Kraig Sadownikow, President of American Companies, said he’s excited to continue to grow headquarters in West Bend. “Demand for our Design and Management services is increasing,” said Sadownikow. “This along with our expanded Real Estate and Business Development divisions is requiring additional personnel which translates to additional space.”
