Letter to the Editor | Steve Stanek for Assembly | By Lori and Patrick Prescott

Dec. 14, 2017 – West Bend, WI – We are writing this letter of support for Steve Stanek who is a candidate for the State Assembly’s 58th District. We personally know Steve to be an involved community member, strong leader, dedicated husband, father and friend. He was the first candidate we knew of to take the initiative to run for what’s right here at home for the West Bend community.

We believe Steve will identify, address and solve problems for the good of the district, communities, and families. Unlike many of the statewide and national elections, the State Assembly offers us the ability to elect someone from our own community we know well.  For the special election coming up on December 19, we will be supporting Steve.

We know and trust Steve.  As a coach for our sons, we got to see first-hand how respectful he is to his players, other coaches and parents.  Coaches volunteer their time to help our kids learn, but also to guide them through competitive situations where their character starts to develop.

For some, youth sports will lead to further success.  For others, their kids’ lives will head in a different direction.  But for all kids, the values that athletics cultivates will help them no matter what they do in life. The volunteer time that Steve invests in this community, and in our children, makes West Bend a great place to live.

We support Steve because we know of his core values, dedication for action and know he has his priorities set. As town of West Bend residents, and more importantly, parents with seven children in the district, we believe voting for Steve will benefit our community.

Please vote responsibly for Steve Stanek on December 19.

Lori and Patrick Prescott, West Bend
