Man pulled over by Holy Hill Road for 4th OWI

The Wisconsin State Patrol is reporting Vincent Oviedo, 36, from Green Bay has been arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.

 
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped an SUV at 11:20 p.m. on Monday, May 23 for failure to maintain it’s lane on I41 near Richfield in Washington County.

 

Upon making contact with Oviedo, the operator of the vehicle, the Trooper observed signs of impairment.

 

Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted. Oviedo was arrested for operating under the influence of an illegal substance, 4th offense.

 

Oviedo gave consent for a blood draw and a legal blood draw was conducted at an area hospital.

 

Oviedo was booked into the Washington County Jail for operating under the influence, fourth offense. The incident took place in a construction zone.

 

A probation violation hold was also placed on Oviedo, as he is currently on parole.
