Connie R. Kohn (nee Pavelski), age 55 years of the Town of Farmington, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016.
Connie was born on November 15, 1960 in Milwaukee to Walter and Carol (nee Weid) Pavelski. She was raised in Jackson and graduated from Germantown High School, class of 1979.
Connie is survived by her loving husband Carl, her daughter Nichole, her rambunctious grandson Blaise Przepiora, sisters Sheri (Delbert) Prokop, Jessie Pelt, Gina Blank, brothers Rick and Steve Pavelski. Further survived by her in-laws Roy Kohn Jr. family, Tim Kohn family, Chris Kohn family, Kim Kohn, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by her parents.
She will be dearly missed, deemed “The Rebate Queen”, she was famous for her trunk sales and always scoping the next big “ish”. Connie wore her heart on her sleeve and was quick to help anybody in need. She was active in the community with the Newburg Lioness Club and a troop leader for her daughters Girl Scouts. Connie was everyone’s favorite bartender and waitress. She had deep love for her family, especially her grandson Blaise whom she enjoyed swimming and going to the park with him. Connie also loved to travel, be outdoors in the garden with her husband and had a great love for plants. She was our Sun Shine never to be replaced.
A Memorial Service for Connie will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel of West Bend. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 28 at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until time of service (7:00 pm).
