Obit: Bradley “Brad” Falk, 78

Bradley “Brad” Falk, age 78 years of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Kathy Hospice.

Brad was born on March 22, 1938 to Edward and Evelyn (nee Zacher) Falkenstein in Milwaukee.  He married Kathy (nee Deppisch) on April 30, 1966 at St. Leo’s Church in Milwaukee.  Brad served in the US Army from 1958 to 1961.

Brad is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Kathy, children Susan (Dean) Wacker, Michael, Amy (Kevin) Cantrall.  Further survived by his grandchildren Elizabeth and Eric Wacker, Kathryn and Michael Jr. Falk-Wright, brother Gerald (Laurie),  Wes (Chris), sisters Janet (Ronald), Pamela (James), Deborah, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Denise and Michael, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  Preceded in death by his parents and brother Curtis.

A Memorial Service for Brad will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Mike presiding.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, May 7 from 12:00 pm until time of service (2:00pm).  In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to The Kathy Hospice (3232 Pleasant Valley Rd., West Bend, WI 53095).

A Special Thank You to the wonderful nurses, aids and housekeeping staff at The Kathy Hospice for their exceptional care.
