Obit: Ervin H. Domask, 83, West Bend

Ervin Henry Domask, age 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Samaritan in West Bend, WI.  He was born to Edward and Johanna (Nee Trzebiatowski) Domask on April 11, 1933 in New Hope, WI.  He married Dorothy Stremkowski and together they resided most of their lives in the Slinger area with their 9 children.

Ervin retired from Maynard Steel in Milwaukee after 40 years.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing all of his life.

Ervin is survived by 6 sons, Joe (Michelle) of Franklin, John (Sue) of Menomonee Falls, Jerry (Ann) of Mayville, Daniel (Cari) of Adell, Phillip (Susan) of Marshall and Ervin Jr (Tina) of Waunakee; 3 daughters, Jackie Johnson of Milwaukee, Ann Marie (Daryl) Adams of Cedarburg and Kate Fechter of West Bend; 19 grandchildren; He is further survived by his brother Leonard and 3 sisters, Nettie Serafin, Jan Arndt and Betty Blaski; very special fishing and hunting buddy, Larry Piotrowski, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Rose Mary and Emily; 3 brothers, Chester, David and Phillip; infant granddaughter Jennifer.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Resurrection Catholic Church (215 Main St. Allenton, WI) with Father Rick Stoffel presiding.

 

Visitation will be at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend) on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 5:00-6:00PM with a 6PM Vigil Service.  There will be an additional visitation at Church before Mass on Saturday from 9:00AM until 10:00AM.  Interment will be at the new St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery.

A special thank you to Nettie Serafin, Pam, Susan and Joe for all the special time and care given to Ervin and to the staff of the Samaritan and Heartland Hospice.
