Memorial service scheduled for Michael James Schiller, 52, of West Bend

 

Sept. 13, 2018 – West Bend, WI – A memorial service for Michael James Schiller will be held Saturday, Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 6869 Wildwood Road, West Bend.

Michael James Schiller, 52, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 12, 2018, at his residence in Phoenix, Arizona.  He was born September 20, 1965, to Richard F. and Lynn (nee Albrecht) Schiller in West Bend, Wisconsin.  In 1971 Mike was adopted by Uncle Jim and Aunt Dianne Schiller.

He was given a solid Christian education by dedicated Christian teachers, for grades one through eight at Good Shepherd Lutheran School in West Bend, WI.  He graduated from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School, Jackson, Wisconsin, 1983.  He was currently working in the telemarketing industry.

He leaves behind one sister, Wendi Coleman of Phoenix, Arizona; a step mother, Mary Schiller, and 2 step siblings, Amanda and Steve Schiller, his adopted parents James and Dianne Schiller and their children, Allen Schiller, Dawn Stadelmayer and Renee Manian, uncle and aunt, Dale and Eileen (nee Schiller) Eckert and their sons, Brian and Ryan, his Aunt Janet’s children, Charles, Cindy, Andrew and David, special friends Teresa Beazer, Jason Cruse, Matthew Hobbie and other relatives and friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Richard and Lynn and an aunt, Janet (nee Schiller) Raith, paternal and maternal grandparents.

 

Memorial Services are currently pending.

 

The Advantage Colonial Funeral Home of Phoenix has been in charge of preliminary arrangements.  A celebration of Michael’s life will be enjoyed Saturday, Sept. 1 in Phoenix.  Please call for information regarding pending future service back in Michael’s home town of West Bend.
