Obit: Ralph T. Noggle Jr., 84, of West Bend

August 14, 2018 – West Bend, WI – Ralph T. Noggle Jr., 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 13th, 2018 at the Waterford in West Bend. He was born on July 27th, 1934 in Milwaukee to Ralph Sr. and Veretta (nee Haessly) Noggle. Ralph was a carpenter most of his life, and enjoyed running and repairing steam tractor engines at shows.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 41 years, Ruby (nee Hanson) Noggle; children Judy Vogel, William, Richard, Ralph III, and Robert Noggle; step-sons David and Randy Brown; 18 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; sisters Barb Waterman and Janet Keuhn. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Marilyn (John) Johnson, Arlene (Rich) Gerek, brothers-in-law Wayne Waterman and Roger Kuehn, and son-in-law Terry Vogel.

A Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 18, at 1:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, August 18 at 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM on Saturday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery (1185 W Sumner St. Hartford, WI 53027).
