Oct. 25, 2016 – Steven Craig Eutsler, 59, was born to life on September 1, 1957 in Alexandria, Virginia, the son of the late Walter and Ruth (Umness) Eutsler. He followed his Lord to Eternal Grace on Sunday, October 23, 2016.
Steven was also preceded in death by his sister, Susan Anderson.
His faith is a testament to the Lord as he was a loving husband and father and strived to honor the Lord in all the aspects of his life.
Those who Steve leaves behind to cherish his memory include his beloved wife, Patricia “Pat” Eutsler; four sons, Lester (Elizabeth) Schellinger, Charles (Candy) Schellinger, Keith Eutsler and Timothy Eutsler; eight grandchildren, other relatives and friends. He is greatly missed by his family and by all who knew him.
A funeral service for Steve will be held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 623 Congress Street, in Newburg on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Kurt Schaser officiating.
Steve’s family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. A brief visitation will follow the service for those unable to attend the 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
