Obituary | Adeline E. Linder, 96, of Slinger

January 28, 2020 – Slinger, WI –Adeline E. Linder (nee Stein), 96, of Slinger, Wisconsin passed away Thursday, January 23, 2020 in her home at Serenity Villa.

Adeline was born December 29, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to Olga and Louis Stein. She was united in marriage to Rupert A. Linder Sr. on November 9, 1946. She moved to Hartford in 1996 and was a resident at Serenity Villa in Slinger for the past 10 ½ years. Adeline was a long-time member of Divine Savior Lutheran Church in Hartford.

Adeline is survived by her sons, Rupert (Kathy) of Hartford and James (Bev) of Micco, FL; grandchildren, Ryan (Sara) and Chad (Sammi); and great-grandchildren, Juliana and Emily. She is further survived by other loved relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, and her beloved husband, Rupert A. Linder Sr.

Family will greet relatives and friends at the Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union Street Hartford, WI 53027, on February 7, 2020 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 4 p.m. Private inurnment in Graceland Cemetery, Milwaukee.

Also, a great thank you to Dr. Weber and RN Sandy; Dr. Hass; RN Kim and social worker Donna from Horizon Hospice for their exceptional care, as well as Pastor Stowe for his monthly visits with Adeline.
