Obituary | Audrey G. Brzezinski, 84, of Kewaskum

September 19, 2019 – Kewaskum, WI – Audrey G. Brzezinski, 84, of Kewaskum, formerly of Milwaukee (Southside) entered Eternal Life on September 19, 2019 at Cedar Bay West in West Bend.

Audrey was born on June 7, 1935 in Milwaukee to Alexander and Lucille Brzezinski (Grocholski).

Audrey was a Computer Systems Supervisor and worked at Nordberg Manufacturing in Milwaukee for 38 years. She loved visiting family and attending all the family get-togethers. Audrey crocheted afghans, blankets and other crafts for all of her family and friends. She also enjoyed playing Bingo, Sheepshead, and Bar-room Rummy. In her younger years, Audrey enjoyed going to the casinos with her sister-in-law, Terry.

Those Audrey leaves behind to cherish her memory include her three children, Linda Espen, Todd Sokolowski, and Troy (Debbie) Sokolowski; four grandchildren, Megan Sokolowski, Leah (Nick) Averill, Derek Brown, and Brooke Sokolowski; two great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, Hayden (Jamie) Poe, Courtney (Jared) Holmes, and Connor Finch. She is further survived by her sister, Margaret Brey; former sister-in-law, Millie Stave; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her former husband, Florian Sokolowski; grandson, Adam Glowacki; a brother, Gilbert (Terry) Brzezinski; a sister, Beverly Brzezinski; and a brother-in-law, Russell Brey.

Mass of Christian Burial for Audrey will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 331 Main St. – Kewaskum, WI 53040. Entombment at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery in Milwaukee.

Audrey’s family will greet relatives and friends at Church on Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials to Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County (2374A W Washington St. – West Bend).

Audrey’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Cedar Bay West and Cedar Hospice for the loving care they provided.

The Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Home of Kewaskum has been entrusted with Audrey’s arrangements.
