Obituary | Bonnie J. Wagner (nee Hahn), 59, of Slinger

Dec. 20, 2018 – Slinger, WI – Bonnie J. Wagner (nee Hahn), 59, passed away on December 20, 2018 in her home. She was born on January 16, 1959 to Paul and Marianne (nee Strupp) Hahn. She graduated from Slinger High School Class of 1977. She married David Wagner on October 17, 1987 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Allenton.

After moving to West Bend, she loved driving school bus for Riteway and developed many friendships through that job. Bonnie enjoyed her social life, especially running Wagner’s Last Ups concessions at the Allenton Ball Park for 10 years. She worked at Olde Cedar Inn as a bartender where she continued to make friends.

She is survived by her husband, Dave; children, Kelsey (Mike) Wasley and Scott Wagner; grandchildren, Cole and Brooks; sister, Pat (Jerry) Breuer; sister-in-law Donna Hahn; and step-mom, Dolores Hahn. She is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jerry and Chuck Hahn and loving dog, Beau.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 5:00 PM at St. Peter Catholic Church (200 E Washington St, Slinger, WI 53086) with Fr. Richard Stoffel presiding. The Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday, December 23rd from 2:30 until 4:45 PM. Private interment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Aphasia Association, PO Box 87, Scarsdale, NY 10583.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her therapy teams at St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehab and Aurora Rehabilitation in Hartford for their compassionate care and friendships awarded to Bonnie.
