West Bend Plan Commission will tackle a couple developments during its meeting Wednesday at 6 p.m. The normal Tuesday Plan Commission meeting was shifted because of Election Day. The commission will review plans presented by Terry Stockhausen to build an 8,500-square-foot cold storage unit building at 1020 Schoenhaar Drive.

Plans will also be reviewed for a 1,010-square-foot building addition and parking lot reconfiguration for First Bank Financial Centre, 1811 W. Washington Street.

Steins Garden Centers will ask to create two lots at 601 Wildwood Road and a pair of public hearings will be set to amend the Project Plan for Tax Increment District No. 4 and No. 6.

This is the property over on Corporate Center Drive, behind Walmart. Tim Schmidt, CEO with Delta Defense, purchased the property and the city is going to swap out a parcel with him for water well/ utility reasons.
