There are three additional lots also included in the deal. Those properties are to the south and west of the building.

EPIC Creative is a marketing firm located in the 3000 block of Progress Drive.

On a history note: Can you name the other tenants of the building at 300 S. Sixth Avenue? Better yet… do you have a photo?

  1. While the above information is correct, those publicly available numbers don’t tell the whole picture.

What you failed to mention that Delta Defense put much more than $700k into bringing 300 S 6th Ave up to 2013 standards. We were happy to do so for such a beautiful building, and we had planned on being there for many years. We were fortunate to continue our trajectory, and outgrew the location quickly. While we took a loss on the building itself, what it gave us in return was a place where we could reach the next step in the continued growth of our business.

We are thrilled that Epic Creative will occupy the space that has many good memories for us. We wish them all the best and know they will enjoy being part of historic downtown as much as we have.
