Restaurant Update | Eaton’s Pizza to open this week and watch for updates on Don Ramon, Pillars, and Dublin’s

June 18, 2018 – West Bend, WI – A couple restaurant updates in West Bend. Watch for Eaton’s Fresh Pizza to hold a soft opening this week. The take-and-bake pizza and sub sandwich outlet is at 830 E. Paradise Drive in West Bend.

Over the past few weeks the owners have been stocking coolers and shelves and hiring 10 employees.

In February we announced Eaton’s Pizza would be returning to West Bend. The franchise owner is coming in from Fond du Lac.

Eaton’s Fresh Pizza is located in the same strip mall anchored by Thrivent Financial.

Also during the Monday night Common Council meeting several liquor licenses will be reviewed including a license for Don Ramon, 501 Wildwood Road.

It was April 24, 2018 when WashingtonCountyInsider.com first reported Felix Sanchez would be bringing his Mexican restaurant to West Bend.

Don Ramon hopes to open in early July.

Also tonight Joey Hahn will go before the council for a liquor license for The Garden Lounge, 258 N. Main Street in West Bend. The location was previously home to Urban Lytes; many neighbors still remember the location as the Tri-County building.

There will be a pair of requests for an original Class B Combination License for Blondie Pop Management LLC, Blondie Pop, 225 S. 5th Avenue. That’s as Ashley Mitchell purchased Pillar’s Pub from Pat Kent who is selling the bar after nine years.

Kent’s final day will be Sunday, June 24.

Also Travis Dowden is looking to acquire a license for 110 Wisc LLC, 110 Wisconsin Street.  Dowden is the owner of Bibinger’s Restaurant in Cedar Creek. He will be looking to open another establishment in the former Dublin’s.

The liquor license paperwork reads: NB Investments (dba Dublins).

Tonight’s Licensing Committee meeting gets underway at 6:25 p.m.
