The Open Book process in West Bend starts Friday, April 29 – May 11, 2016.
Open Book is the informal review process for assessment values. If you have a question about your assessment, quite possibly it can be answered over the phone.
If you feel it is necessary to go in to the office to discuss your new assessment, the Assessor’s Office staff will be available at City Hall by appointment only.
Appointments can be made by calling (262) 335-5125. Office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday.
You will then be given a specific date and time for your review. This Open Book period begins Friday, April 29 thru Wednesday, May 11 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
