Slinger Library to host an in-house brewery tour of Wisconsin

April 5, 2018 – Slinger, WI –  Slinger Public Library will host State of Craft Beer author and photographer Matthew Janzen on Monday, April 9 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. as he guides neighbors on a vivid tour of Wisconsin’s craft beer industry.

Janzen will speak about the trends he discovered on his two-year journey to publish a book about brewery supply chains.

Learn how breweries are strengthening their communities, and how the importance of that story became a book — which was also 100-percent manufactured in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin State Journal calls State of Craft Beer “a 272-page doppelbock of a coffee table book that’s impressive both in- and outside its handsome leather cover.”

Bill Siel of Kenosha News said, “Whatever shape or form craft brewing takes a few decades into the future, Janzen’s book documents how it looks and feels right now.”

This event is free to the public and State of Craft Beer will be available for purchase after the presentation. More about the book at www.stateofcraft.beer
