Stolen vehicles and a pair of death investigations underway in Germantown

May 7, 2017 – Germantown, WI – On Saturday, May 6 a resident on Oak Lane., reported his gray 2013 Chrysler 200, WI registration 230VYB, was stolen overnight. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were in the ignition.

Germantown Police Officers are also conducting two death investigations.

One person was a 25 year old who is suspected of dying from a drug overdose.

GPD Officers also responded to four vehicle crashes, 2 involving injures, 3 suspicious circumstances, 3 alarms, 1 burglary to a garage in the area of where the stolen vehicle was taken, 1 request for assistance, 1 disabled vehicle, 1 rescue call, 9 community policing, 1 911 misdial, 1 disorderly conduct call, 1 loud noise and a variety of other misc., calls for service.

There were thefts from vehicles in the area of Amy Belle and County Line Road on Friday night.

 

The suspects on Friday and Saturday night are looking for easy targets, unlocked vehicles and garages.
