You asked, we answered! A brand new class, Y HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), is available at the Y for our upcoming Winter 1 session! This class will challenge you with its high intensity workouts and functional strength movements. If this sounds like your kind of class, come and join your Y instructors for a taste of what is to come! There will be a variety of movements to satisfy all fitness levels.
