VIDEO | Doors open at 3 p.m. for the Wax Museum at St. Frances Cabrini School

April 25, 2019 – West Bend, WI – A very candid promo with Elsa Rettler from St. Frances Cabrini as she preps for the April 25, Wax Museum presentation at school.

Rettler is in Mrs. Alison Tanking’s class and she will embody Amelia Earhart during her presentation.

“I learned a lot about public speaking….  which is a little out of my comfort zone,” she said.

Rettler will be dressed in character which includes a leather jacket, boots and goggles.

Some of the other famous reenactments include Walt Disney, Jackie Robinson, Laura Ingalls Wilder, and Galileo.

Ryan Steiner, 9, will be dressed in a beard and what looks like a swim cap. “Because Galileo is from the 15th Century and that’s just the way it was,” he said.

The project taught him about art, memorizing and a trick or two about speaking in public.

“My sister told me to look people in the nose….,” he said.

The Wax Museum, presented by the fourth grade, will run from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
