June 29, 2017 – Washington County, WI – A Washington County judge this week called a 22-year-old Jackson man “selfish, immature and irresponsible” then sentenced him to five years in prison for causing a traffic accident that killed a woman and injured others. Dylan Hodgson tried to pass two vehicles on Highway 60 last July. He ended up crossing the centerline and hitting another vehicle driven by 60-year-old Cynthia Patrick who was killed in the crash. Others were hurt. During the sentencing Patrick’s two brothers and the 16-year-old driver of another vehicle involved in the crash spoke about the impact the accident has had on their lives.
