Jan. 26, 2019 – Hartford, WI – In 2019, Hartford Utilities will be replacing the water main in front of homes on Martin Drive and Morgan Drive.
As part of the water main replacement project, the contractor will replace the utility-owned water main and the utility-owned water service line located between the water main and the curb stop.
Property owners are responsible for the maintenance of the property owner’s section of the water service line from the curb stop valve to their home.
