Oct. 31, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – A 53-year-old West Bend man is facing felony charges in connection with Sunday’s fatal accident in Kohlsville.
According to Washington County Sheriff’s Department Brian Joseph George is facing charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle a class D felony in an accident Oct. 29 on County Highway D just west of County Trunk WW.
Bail has been set at $35,000 cash.
George is due back in Washington County Circuit Court before Judge James Muehlbauer on Nov. 22. If convicted he faces up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
