West Bend Police take man into custody on alleged solicitations of minor

 

August 9, 2017 – West Bend, WI – On Tuesday August 8 at 10 p.m. a Milwaukee Police Officer located Wesley Q. Vann at a residence in Milwaukee. West Bend Police took custody of Vann, interviewed him, and placed him into the Washington County Jail.

Charges for Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Stalking and Disorderly Conduct were referred to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.

Last week Tuesday, August 1 a pair of 16-year-old females at separate locations reported a male approached them and asked them to model for him.

The first incident occurred on at 9 p.m. in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot at 705 W. Paradise Dr. The second occurred at 9:15 PM. in the Mad Max parking lot at 1512 W. Washington St. In both cases the male stated he worked for a modeling agency and was looking for girls to use for a rap music video. In one case the man asked the girl to send nude photos of herself.
On Friday, August 4, 2017, West Bend Detectives identified 37 year old Wesley Q. Vann, a Milwaukee resident, as the actor involved in each of the incidents. Vann is 5’9” tall, 210 lbs, brown eyes with a shaved head. Vann also goes by the name of Trey. He was last seen driving a silver 2005 Volvo S60 4 door sedan, with a sunroof, and no front plate.
Vann is being sought by the West Bend Police Department for Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Stalking, and Disorderly Conduct.
