West Bend Police warn neighbors about multiple thefts from unlocked vehicles

Feb. 3, 2017 – Multiple thefts from unlocked vehicles – Citywide West Bend

From October 2016 to January 2017, the West Bend Police Department investigated over 30 thefts from vehicles.

Suspects stole money, laptop computers, and other electronic equipment from the vehicles. Based upon witnesses’ description of the actors and their vehicle West Bend Police identified two suspects in these thefts.

On Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017 officers arrested a 28-year-old female from West Bend. She was charged with 10 counts of theft and one count of burglary for entering a garage and stealing items.

She is presently in the Washington County Jail. The Police Department is looking for a 23-year-old male accomplice who was involved in these thefts.


Investigators are working to identify additional actors involved in other thefts from vehicles.
