The two facilities, each totaling approximately 200,000 square feet, will be constructed in the newly developed Germantown Gateway Corporate Park, which is anchored by a 706,000 square foot distribution facility for Wauwatosa-based Briggs & Stratton Corporation. Germantown Gateway Corporate Park is located at the intersection of Holy Hill Road and Gateway Crossing, less than one mile east of the I-41 and Holy Hill Road interchange.

“Building on the recent announcement of the Briggs & Stratton facility at Germantown Gateway Corporate Park, we are encouraged by the level of interest in the business park that we’ve received from industrial space users,” said John Kersey, Executive Vice President, Zilber, Ltd. “The Village of Germantown staff, local officials and greater community continue to make our organization and project partners feel welcome and we are grateful for their continued support.”

“We are excited about Zilber’s additional growth in Germantown Gateway Corporate Park.  The two new industrial buildings will be high quality additions to the Germantown community,” stated Dean Wolter, President, Village of Germantown.

The 140-acre Germantown Gateway Corporate Park site was acquired by ZPG in 2018 and, in addition to the 706,000 square foot Briggs & Stratton facility, is capable of accommodating an additional 1.4 million square feet of institutional-quality industrial development. The new speculative facilities, commonly known as Zilber Industrial 2 and Zilber Industrial 3 at Germantown Gateway Corporate Park, feature 30’ clear heights, high bay LED warehouse lighting, ESFR sprinkler systems and are designed to accommodate industrial manufacturing and distribution users from 50,000 square feet up to 200,000 square feet.
