Hartford, WI – The 35th annual Hartford Christmas Parade steps off at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Hartford, WI.
You would think the mid-November schedule would provide for better weather but neighbors may want to don their best winter jacket, hat, and mittens as a cold front is expected to sweep across Washington County and bring temps to the 30s with a chance of flurries for Saturday.
