We start with genetics and research what makes your perfect cut of steak. We pride ourselves in raising animals from birth to finish so we have a handle on the whole process. We pride ourselves in raising animals from birth to processing and use regenerative farm practices. Beef are out on rotational pasture most of their lives and fed grain that we grow ourselves, utilizing no til drilling and cover crops to grow our soil health. We offer all cuts and also sell 1/4, 1/2, or whole portions processed at a State Inspected facility, to fill your home freezer so you have meal prep handled with ease.

Black Angus Steers weight between 1200-1300 pounds when ready for processing. The average hanging weight of 750 pounds will give you 500 pounds of take home meat.

12-14pc- 3/4” thick Rib Steaks/Ribeye
6-8pcs- 3/4” Sirloin Steaks
6-8pcs- 3/4” Round Steaks

12-15pcs- 3 pounds Chuck Roast
95-100pounds Ground Beef
