Our Farm offers you top quality farm fresh products directly from our farm to your table. Our products are all-natural. No hormones or antibiotics. We pride ourselves in raising animals from birth to processing and use regenerative farm practices including cover crops, no till drill farming, and rotational grazing. We guarantee farm fresh food every month! With this subscription, there is a little something for everyone.

Beef

Black Angus
We start with genetics and research what makes your perfect cut of steak. We pride ourselves in raising animals from birth to finish so we have a handle on the whole process. We pride ourselves in raising animals from birth to processing and use regenerative farm practices. Beef are out on rotational pasture most of their lives and fed grain that we grow ourselves, utilizing no til drilling and cover crops to grow our soil health. We offer all cuts and also sell 1/4, 1/2, or whole portions processed at a State Inspected facility, to fill your home freezer so you have meal prep handled with ease.

Call for current beef prices:

Black Angus Steers weight between 1200-1300 pounds when ready for processing. The average hanging weight of 750 pounds will give you 500 pounds of take home meat.

Average HALF beef would give you:

12-14 pcs- 3/4” thick T-Bone/Porterhouse Steaks

12-14pc- 3/4” thick Rib Steaks/Ribeye

6-8pcs- 3/4” Sirloin Steaks

6-8pcs- 3/4” Round Steaks

3pcs- 3 pounds Rump Roast

12-15pcs- 3 pounds Chuck Roast

95-100pounds Ground Beef

Pork

Duroc | Berkshire | Crossbred
Duroc and Berkshire breeds are known for their high-quality meat marbling and flavor. This gives you the best pork around. We raise our pork from birth to your dinner plate and guarantee the best pork around, Sold in cuts or 1/2 or whole portion sizes and processed at a State Inspected facility.

Market hogs weigh 250-280 pounds when ready for processing. The average hanging weight of 185 pounds will give you 138 pounds of take home meat.

Average HALF hog would give you:

1pc- 4 pound ham

20-25 pcs- 3/4” Pork chops

2pcs- 3 pound Pork Roast

10 pounds bacon

3-4pcs- 3/4” thick Pork Steaks

2- 4pound Pork Hocks

12-15 pounds sausage (brats, links, patties)

Also available, boneless chops, ham steaks, braunschweiger, soup bones, ham sticks or uncured products.

Chickens

Cornish Cross
These chickens are bred for meat, not eggs. They are also on pasture in a rotational grazing area to keep them safe from predators. Chickens have processed themselves on the farm without chemicals.

 

Eggs

We offer Chicken eggs from a variety of breeds that will give you a variety of colors! We also provide Duck Eggs, which are much large in size and provide a depth of flavor that you will become addicted to. Egg layers have free access to grass, bugs, and room to roam.

Maple Syrup

Sap is collected in late winter from the 15 acres of forest that we have on the farm. The sap is then boiled down in a 40-gallon:1-gallon ratio. It’s a long slow process to boil down that much sap to make syrup. It is so yummy and worth the wait!

Microgreens

This is our new adventure and we are excited to diversify and help keep us all healthier eaters.
