August 21, 2021 – West Bend, WI – Mother Nature was a bit of a moody antagonist on Saturday but that didn’t stop people from coming out to enjoy the 4th annual Art & Chalk Fest at the Museum of Wisconsin Art in West Bend, WI.
The chalk artists got right down to business… and had tarps at the ready.
Quite a few chalk artists tied their projects to the current MOWA exhibit: Claiming Space: A New Century of Visionary Women
There were plenty of activities for kids as Horicon Bank gave away bags of colorful chalk…
Hands down the most popular attraction was the balloon guy ‘Half Twisted Half Knot.’ Annalie loved her monkey balloon named Emma.
