July 9, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Cedar Community is hosting a retreat called Conscious Eldering: Aging with Intention and Passion. The retreat is Friday, Aug. 25 at 4 p.m. through Sunday, Aug. 27 at noon and will be held at the Retreat Center at Cedar Valley, 5349 County Road D, West Bend.

Join Ron Pevny of the Center for Conscious Eldering and learn more about the difference between becoming old and aging consciously. This retreat is for people over 50 who anticipate their later years as a deepening life stage of growth, purpose and service.

It will provide a dynamic experiential introduction to conscious aging and the inner work vital to the emotional and spiritual growth and development of an engaged elder.

Conscious Eldering: Aging with Intention and Passion weaves together a powerful set of processes – including life review work, exploration of legacy, ceremony and reflective time outdoors. This retreat will help you identify and release old patterns and identifications that no longer serve you and open you to new possibilities for your life.

The cost for the retreat is $455 for a single room and $425 for a double room which includes the seminar, meals (dinner Friday through lunch on Sunday) and two nights lodging.

To register call the Retreat Center at Cedar Valley, 262.629.9202 or visit 2017-conscious-eldering.eventbrite.com.
