Public needed to empty Mutual Mall before the wrecking ball

West Bend, WI – There’s been a lot of activity outside the old Mutual Mall, 1043 S. Main Street in West Bend as preparations are being made to level the building next week.

Prior to that and the construction of a new Dairy Queen franchise owner Kevin Scheunemann wants the public to come out this weekend and clean house taking every item salvagable from the building. Did we mention the items are free….

That includes ceiling tiles, sheets of plywood, ceiling fans, toys, athletic equipment, clothing including men’s sport coats, hats, shirts, etc.

There’s also a pair of floor cleaning machines, a large Christmas tree stand, a NordicTrack Classic Ski Pro trainer, shelving, and 14 sinks. Quite a few of the items date to the old Larson’s Furniture Store.
