February 15, 2026 – Town of West Bend, Wi – On February 14, 2026, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Communication Center took multiple reports of a commercial property structure fire on Hron Road off of CTH NN in the Town of West Bend.
Deputies and West Bend Fire were subsequently dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival of first responders, heavy smoke was observed coming from the building with visible flames from a doorway. WBFD upgraded the response to the MABAS 1st Box level.
The fire was knocked down and extinguished by interior crews, and the fire damage was contained to the northern portion of the building.
The building required extensive ventilation due to heavy smoke. There were no injuries associated with the fire or firefighting efforts.
The cause remains under investigation and there are no damage estimates at this time.
West Bend Fire was assisted by the Jackson, Kewaskum, St. Lawrence, Newburg, Allenton, Boltonville and Hartford Fire Departments, the West Bend Police Department, and WE Energies.
