September 28, 2021 – Fond du Lac Co., WI — Gov. Tony Evers signed Executive Order #134 ordering the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff in honor of Fond du Lac Police Officer Joseph Kurer from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
