On March 3 at 12:25 a.m. West Bend police pulled over a vehicle in the 800 block of Weslyn Court.
The driver, a 23-year-old Kewaskum woman was stopped for a traffic violation. The officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The woman admitted to smoking marijuana prior to being stopped.
The female driver failed the standardized field sobriety tests, was found to be in possession of marijuana and was arrested for OWI – Restricted Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.
