I am writing in support for Brian Krebs for County Board Supervisor for the newly merged district 8 consisting of the NE section of the town of Hartford and the town of Addison. He is currently the county board supervisor for the town of Hartford and is the second youngest county board supervisor elected. I have known Brian for 20 years now and of that I have been married to him for 10. Brian is one of the most driven, dedicated, selfless, family orientated men I know.
Brian and I have lived in Washington County our entire lives and we both went to Slinger schools. Brian grew up in St. Lawrence where the Krebs family tree goes back generations, as Brian’s great-great-great grandfather Linus Krebs in 1854 was one of the first people to put their roots in St Lawrence where the Krebs family farm still stands today. The Krebs family built the original church in St. Lawrence, and Brian has continually contributed to the reshaping of it today.
Brian is dedicated to his community; he is a third generation carpenter, working alongside his father where their business has been serving Washington County for 40 years. His background in construction and property management has served as invaluable to the county board and the committees he serves on, he has proven time and time again in offering new view points and a different perspective as he has experience many on the board do not. Brian offers a valuable connection to the younger generations here in Washington and is a fantastic voice for this generation.
On Tuesday April 5 I will be voting Brian Krebs for District 8 County Board Supervisor with my son Ivan (15 months) in tow. And surely both he and I will be bringing our other two children Harper (7) and Meredith (5) to vote as well, so they can see the value in voting here in our community as a platform for our voice to be heard today and for future generations.
I hope to see you all at the polls on April 5.
