Obit: Dennis Dzemske, 62

Dennis J. Dzemske, 62, of Sacramento CA, found peace on Monday February 15, 2016 unexpectedly after battling a brief illness.

He was born on March 1, 1953 to Edward and Elaine (nee Jeske) Dzemske in Milwaukee WI. Dennis always made life interesting. He excelled at playing the drums and was in several local rock groups. They even won a battle of the bands contest. Dennis had a great sense of humor. He was known for telling jokes which came to him easily. Dennis lived a very simple, quiet and happy life. He loved to watch super hero action and comedy movies. He had a very fun personality. Everyone who met Dennis never forgot him. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Those Dennis leave behind to cherish his memory include his mother, Elaine Dzemske; daughter, Leah (Steven) Deming; two grandchildren, Logan Deming and Katelyn Deming; four brothers, Eddie Dzemske, Todd (Jessica) Dzemske, Mark (Iris) Dzemske, and Rick Dzemske; four sisters, Diane (Dennis) Hambly, Dawn (Dale) Klumb, Candy (Salvador) Ameneyro, and Tracy (Keith) Kruse; former wife, Carol Dzemske; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Dzemske and grandmother, Alyce Schmidt.

A private family service in remembrance of Dennis will be held.

The family would like to thank Pastor Darin Wiebe of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home for all their help and care.
