Dorothy A. Wilson (nee Johnson), 89, of West bend, found peace on Monday, March 21, 2016 at The Cottages at Cedar Run, West Bend.

She was born on January 4, 1927 to the late Olaf and Edith (nee Andersen) Johnson in Proctor, MN. On September 19, 1947 she was united in marriage to Wallace Wilson in Duluth MN. She was a member of the West Bend chapter of the Eastern Star, and a past worthy matron. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Nile and the White Shrine, in Milwaukee. Her sewing and creativity was well known by all.

Those Dorothy leave behind to cherish her memory include her three daughters, Janet (Joseph) Kelly of Atlanta GA., Vicki Wilson of West Bend, and Claudia Hahn of Dallas, TX.; five grandchildren, Kristen (Kevin) Carruth of Hiram, GA., Julie Kelly of Atlanta GA., Jason Kelly of Atlanta, GA., Eric Reichert of West Bend and Courtney (Christopher) Dimock of Mansfield TX.; three great – grandchildren, Kaylyn Carruth, Kinsleigh Carruth, and Ronan Dimock; brother-in-law, Fulton Wilson; friend, Harvey Holler; other relatives and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace; three sisters and seven brothers; grandson, Scott Reichert; sister-in-law, Joyce Birr; brothers-in-law, Jack Wilson and Vernon Wilson

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s association, Cedar Community, or to a charity of your choice is appreciated by the family.
