Helen C. Chapman, nee VanBeek, of West Bend died on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 93.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 15 at 11 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church with Rev. Nathan Reesman presiding. Burial will follow in Holy Angels Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to St. Frances Cabrini Building Fund, St. Vincent DePaul Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
