Village of Richfield Fire Company issues immediate burning ban

Richfield, WI – Effective immediately, the entire Village of Richfield is under a burning ban.

Burning permits are not valid, and no new permits will be issued. This is due to the extremely dry conditions, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources classifying the entire state to be under a Very High level of fire risk.
The situation will be reassessed on Friday, April 9, 2021.
