VIDEO | Can you identify this location during whiteout conditions? “This is a wake-up call from Mother Nature, but I have seen a couple robins already.”

March 13, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – Visibility was extremely limited Monday morning in Washington County as a late-season snowstorm pushed through the area.

Here’s a quick video of a recognizable location in the county. Can you identify it within 22 seconds before the answer appears?

Many motorists traveled with their headlights on at 10 a.m. as the storms pushed through.

Arlene Kuehl is a crossing guard in West Bend. “Quite a few moms and their vehicles got stuck in the snow by Decorah School,” she said. “The dads got out to help rock them free.”

Kuehl pointed out we are 7 days from Spring. “We’ve already seen a couple robins already,” she said. “I consider this just a wake-up call from Mother Nature.”

Washington County received a strong amount of measurable snow. Randy Koehler submitted this photo of 9-inches of snow on the southeast side of West Bend off of River Road and Paradise Drive.
