OWI – 5th OFFENSE 200 Block of Veterans Avenue
On 09/10/16, at 6:45 p.m., a concerned citizen reported an intoxicated male entering a parked motor vehicle. West Bend police located the 73-year-old Waukesha man in his vehicle attempting to back out of a parking stall. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be intoxicated. The man failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for OWI – 5th Offense.
OWI – 2nd OFFENSE 300 Block of South River Road
On 09/10/16, at 11:59 PM, a 30-year-old West Bend man was stopped for erratic driving and found to be intoxicated. The man failed the standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .167% in a PBT and was arrested for OWI – 2nd Offense.
