Oct. 3, 2017 – Jackson, WI –  Jackson Police were called to a Creekside Drive home on Sunday, Oct. 1 shortly before 3:30 p.m. after a 27-year-old woman was found unresponsive on the bathroom floor.

The officers recognized signs of a possible overdose and administered two doses of the opioid-counter medication, Naloxone, using an EVZIO auto-injector.

The woman’s breathing became less labored, and she eventually regained consciousness but was incoherent. Jackson Rescue conveyed her to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
