November 11, 2025 – Dodge Co., WI – On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at approximately 1:21 p.m., the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 26 south of Second Street Road, in the township of Emmet, county of Dodge, Wisconsin.

Initial investigation shows a 1992 Freightliner being operated by Grant Nass, 32, from Waukesha, was southbound on State Highway 26 and was rear-ended by a 2020 Freightliner Semi being operated by David Wille, 62, from rural Watertown.
The 1992 Freightliner was hauling corn, and the roadway had to be shut down for a couple of hours while the Dodge County Highway Department and others cleaned the corn and the roadway.
Nass was uninjured in the crash, and David Wille was transported by Watertown EMS to Aurora Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc with non-life-threatening injuries.
Assisting on the scene were the Watertown Fire Department and EMS, Dodge County Highway Shop, and Dodge County Emergency Response Team.
